      - Provide professional DFM proposal to achieve cost reduction and smooth mass production;

      - Dedicated engineering project manager for each customer right from the RFQ stage;

      - Technical due diligence and interlock (drawing, tools & tests) with customer;

      - Support customer R&D team on EVT and DVT build, gate control, and gate review;

      - Support customer mass production team on PVT build to ensure time to market;

      - Support varieties of ESI (early supplier involvement) activities.
